Photos & Videos Of George Jones’ Home For Sale In Franklin, TN

Much like Alan Jackson’s home, I can’t count the number of times I’ve been to George Jones’ house.

Like thousands of others, we visited the home of George and Nancy Jones during the Christmas holidays each year. Their Christmas light display was truly amazing.

And if friends were in town, we made a point to take them as well. It was one of the highlights on our holiday lights tour around Nashville.

George Jones recently put his Williamson County home up for sale (4025 Nestledown Drive, Franklin, TN 37067).

Asking price is $15 million. In comparison, Alan Jackson’s house sold for $28 million in Williamson County.

At $28 million, it [Alan Jackson’s house] is the single biggest residential sale in the Nashville area since the late ’90s. The previous record holder was Tanya Tucker’s 500-acre Williamson County home, which she sold in 2007 for $11.4 million. It is now being turned into a golf course, with her home serving as the clubhouse. Source

It was a special treat for me to see George Jones performing at the Williamson County Fair a few years ago.
