Vince Gill is the “guy next door” around Nashville.
He’s frequently spotted at hockey games, his daughter’s singing engagements, at the Grand Ole Opry, and more.
Here’s a small collection of Vince Gill photographs we’ve taken in and around Nashville — mostly at the Bluebird Cafe:
Trisha Yearwood And Vince Gill
On this night, Trisha Yearwood received the “Opry Member Award”, presented by long-time Opry member, Vince Gill. (They also sang one song together.) Made of bronze and wood, the 14-inch replica of the Opry mic stand is presented to every Grand Ole Opry member over the course of the year. My guess is, such an award is the Opry’s way of getting ALL the stars (great and small) to make return appearances — since everyone gets one!
An Intimate Evening With Vince Gill
We were seated in the front row (aka the “spit zone”) — up close and personal with Vince Gill at the Bluebird. He shows up at the Bluebird on many occasions — sometimes announced, often times unannounced. On this night, he was the headliner so to speak.
Everyone’s A Fan Of Vince Gill
Vince Gill is SO down-to-earth. He’s one of the “superstars” that lives in Nashville and always remains approachable to all his fans when he’s out and about. He’s also one of the biggest Predators fans (Nashville’s pro NHL hockey team), and we always see him front and center at the hockey games.
In-The-Round At The Bluebird Cafe
Girl Power… plus one. Lari White was singing a song in the ’round that everyone really dug.
Can We Talk?
This was the night I fell in love with Amy’s hair. Now I see that it runs in the family! (Here, Amy’s checking for messages on her cell phone before the show started.)
Vince And Amy Make Beautiful Music Together
Vince and Amy are a great couple — both musically, and personally. And they’re both very approachable to their fans in town when they’re out and about.
On this night, Vince stayed ’til the very last fan who wanted his autograph or their photo taken with him got their wish.
Vince Gill: Everybody’s All American
Here Vince is singing a heartfelt song to and about his wife, Amy. Not only is he true to his fans… he’s also true to his town. Vince Gill is one of Nashville’s (and Country Music’s) biggest fans.
And To All A Good Night
Thanks for coming. And have a good night. …This was one heck of an energized show at the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, Tennessee! Thanks for the great show, Amy, Vince, Ashley, Lari, and Leslie.

Our favorite places to live are just south of the City — we’ve had houses in Brentwood, Franklin, and Spring Hill. And we have properties in Leipers Fork, Cookeville, and Lewisburg.
