Our neighbor to the south — Spring Hill — has been named the most business-friendly city in Tennessee.
Every year the Tennessee Center for Policy Research ranks the state’s 50 largest cities based on four criteria – business tax burden, economic vitality, community allure and strategic location. Spring Hill scored the highest in the four areas, with about 94 percent out of a possible 100.
Congrats to all you Spring Hillians!

One thing’s for sure…
All areas to the south of Nashville — from Brentwood… to Cool Springs… to Franklin… to Thompson’s Station… to Spring Hill — are definitely booming these days. There are new roads, new homes, and new businesses popping up every which way you look.
I’d say it’s a great time to live (and work) in and around the southern ‘burbs of Nashville!
