We recently spent the afternoon at our friends Mark & Erin’s house.

Their little cutie-pie, Sophie, was eager to show us her new cartwheel skills.

According to 4-year-old Sophie, here my friends, is the correct way to do a cartwheel…

1. Sophie preparing for a difficult cartwheel maneuver in the house. Prepare for your dismount…

2. Example of perfect form for a toddler performing a cartwheel. Stretch out real good… so you’re long & lean through the actual cartwheeling process…

3. Your feet are all that's between you and that hard floor... so you've gotta have them ready to land at all times. Get those feet ready to land as soon as possible…

4. Sophie, excited -- and somewhat relieved -- that she has survived this very difficult tumbling maneuver. Whew! Thank God that you have survived…

5. Erin and Sophie... the World's Best Hugger! Hug your mom for taking you to all those gymnastics classes…

6. Sophie showing the $20 dollar bill she received from a passerby for a job well done. And, if you’re REALLY good, you might even earn a few bucks for a job well done!…
