‘Rubdown’ – A Comedy About The Ups & Downs Of The Spa Business Is Being Filmed In Franklin

rubdown-spa-business.jpg "Rubdown" is a half-hour comedy TV series that takes you behind-the-scenes of the spa business — with stories inspired by real life situations.

The pilot for the show is being filmed in historic Franklin, Tennessee on October 4th and 5th.

The series also focuses on the staff’s daily trials with one another and the eccentric group of clients that come in for an escape — from music industry celebrities to simple Tennessee rednecks.  Behind a seemingly calm façade, hides a chaos of hilarity done in grand southern style. Through each episode, the staff will navigate through the reality-inspired escapades of their clients, and their own personal lives.  Some of the clients will be regulars for the viewers to get to know.  You have never had a “Rubdown” until you have had it southern style. — press release
