Renovations must have taken place recently (no more than 2 years ago).
Each episode will tour 3 similar remodels. We'll bring in our design expert and real estate expert to determine how the renovation impacts each home's value. At the end of the episode, we reveal
each homeowner's return on investment to see what pays off, and what doesn't.
