I snapped this picture on my way home from work today…
I wasn’t sure what I’d get… the scene was so magnificent in person, yet all I had was my little pocket-sized digital-cam in the car.
Turns out, this photo captures the “mood” of the day perfectly:
Mid-winter… mostly cloudy today… bitter cold with crisp, choppy burst of wind… the only sunshine seen all day was this 10-minute peak from behind the clouds… just as the sun was setting over the Nashville skyline.
I’m glad I had my camera.
We moved from Florida to Tennessee in 2001. All signs point to the fact that we will probably retire here — by choice. We L O V E Nashville!
