Jim’s 20th high school reunion was held in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida over the 4th of July in 2002.
We planned our summer vacation around it, and we took advantage of some free airline miles (and a few free nights’ stay at the Hampton Inn) from all of Jim’s business travel on Southwest Airlines.
Some of Jim’s classmates were a trip!!!
We spent most of our time hanging with Strom and Brandee — Jim’s friends from school.
The 4 of us took a drive to Fort Lauderdale Beach. Here, we’re enjoying a late dinner …beachside! It’s a place called Pusser’s. The food was awesome.
We also enjoyed a leisurely stroll along Fort Lauderdale beach after dinner with Strom and Brandee.
We moved from Florida to Tennessee in 2001. All signs point to the fact that we will probably retire here — by choice. We L O V E Nashville!
