Here’s how things are looking for Nashville’s pro sports teams…

Tennessee Titans Football

Sports Illustrated recently rated the experiences that each NFL team offers the fans who attend their games.

Turns out, the Tennessee Titans rank #9 (out of all 32 NFL teams) in terms of the “Fan Value Experience”.

From ticket prices to availability, from the quality of the tailgating to the comfort of the seats, we asked fans to rank and describe every aspect of the game day experience.”

Nashville Predators Hockey

nashville-predators-logo8.gifOn the hockey end of things, Forbes Magazine recently wrote a piece called The Business of Hockey.

On the list of “Most Valuable NHL Teams”, the Nashville Predators rank #30 (out of all 30 NHL teams).

They said that the average hockey team is now worth $200 million, whereas the Preds are apparently worth $143 million. (I’m sure that whole snafu regarding the change in ownership didn’t help!)

Nashville Sounds Baseball

nashville-sounds-logo.gifMinor League Baseball (AAA) plays a huge role here in Nashville as well.

Not only did Minor League Baseball in general establish a new attendance record for an unprecedented 4th consecutive year, but the Nashville Sounds finished this season with the team’s 2nd-highest total in the last 14 years!
