Many have posted comments here or emailed me privately regarding an update on Travis Stork -- Nashville's hottest bachelor.

Well... the Bachelor (a.k.a. Dr. Travis Stork) is apparently still single. He and Sarah Stone called off their relationship soon after the show aired.

Today was the Dierks Bentley Miles and Music For Kids motorcycle ride.

It started at the Harley Davidson in Cool Springs. (I was there.) It ventured down the beautiful winding road called Barry's Chapel. (I was there). Then onto Highway 46 after crossing Highway 96 and heading into Leiper's Fork. (I was there.) Then onto Pinewood and the Natchez Trace Parkway.

I missed that last intersection, because I took another route to the Natchez Trace Bridge over Highway 96 in Franklin where I and a handful of other photographers waited for the motorcycle riders to pass over the bridge near Birdsong Park.

Got an email the other day from "Ronnie the Collie". Yep, a dog.

I guess there's a first time for everything...

I took this picture of Larry Birkhead with Kate Bosworth outside of the Franklin Cinema in Franklin, Tennessee. They were in town for the red carpet premiere of the movie "Elizabethtown".

I probably wouldn't have even realized it, had it not been for this e-mail I received today from David Mills, the publisher of the Ezine FrontRowNews.com:

I'm enjoying reading about your coverage of the "Elizabeth Town" premier, in Franklin. Interestingly enough, you all have a picture of Larry Birkhead w/ Kate Bosworth. Larry is one of the guys that claims to be the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby. I was surprised to notice it."

Did you know that Sally Field's latest movie venture, "Two Weeks" was filmed here in Nashville?

I didn't.

Hmmm... wonder where I was back in 2005 when they were filming this movie. You'd think there there would've been a little more hub-bub at the time.
