...and FREE concerts in the park!

Here's the scoop:


FREE Movies In The Park

Franklin's "movies in the park" event is actually called Movies by Moonlight.

For 2006, FREE movies are being shown in Pinkerton Park at 8 p.m. on:

  • June 10th
  • July 22nd

FREE Concerts In The Park

If music is your thing, and you love the outdoors, then you'll enjoy these FREE outdoor concerts in the park.

For 2006, concerts are being performed in Aspen Grove Park from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on:

    Aspen Grove Park in Franklin Tennessee near Cool Springs.
  • June 24th (Blues & Jazz)
  • July 29th (Kids night -- entertainers are age 13 and under)
  • August 26th (Teens Rock -- music for families and teens 14 & over)
  • September 23rd (Christian Review)

UPDATE: 7/30/07: Nearby Spring Hill's first city-sponsored Family Movie Night (also FREE) took place Saturday, July 21st in Evans Park. (The park is located off Beechcroft Road -- west of Main and Toone Prados streets.) Movies are also scheduled for September 22nd and October 27th, as well.
